Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. Call us and we'll try to make changes as long as the order is still processing.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of the home page and you'll be able to find your package's tracking information. SBW and UPS will automatically send email notices to you.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to attain your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. SBW and UPS automatically sends email notices of shipping status. Make sure your email account doesn't filter these. If you're stuck, you can call us, and we'll be glad to help.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Please contact SBW customer service for assistance.
My product is missing parts.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. You should be receiving email notifications from SBW and UPS. If you aren't, you may have provided an email account other than the one you are checking, or you may be filtering the email as junk mail. We suggest you set the account to accept email from us and UPS. Of course, you can always call us, too.
When will my backorder arrive?
  Sorry, SBW doesn't backorder items. As a solution, we can either hold your order and ship the entire order at once, or ship what's available and you can order the missing item when it is available.
